Jurnal Bahana Manajemen Pendidikan (JBMP) is a scientific journal in the field of Management and Education. This journal is published twice editions published a year. JBMP published by Educational Adminstration, Faculty of Educational Science at Padang State University collaboration with Ikatan Sarjana Administrasi Pendidikan (ISMAPI) , in print and online with (ISSN: 2614-6576, e-ISSN: 2614-6967 ). The aim of this journal is to publish articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the fields of educational management in all settings. The scope of this journal encompasses educational planning, educational management, educational supervision, human resource management, organizational communication, public relations, leadership, education, and teaching and learning.; Education (teaching, development, instruction, educational projects and innovations, learning methodologies and new technologies in education and learning, assessment). It was first published in 2013.

Abstract

Abstract The goal of this research are to see information about  the performance of servants. The population is 38 servant. This research is a research of population because subject <100 person. The instrument of this research is question with Likert scale models  that had tested for validity and reliability. Data analyzed using mean score. Abstract

The study aims to know how the implementation of school culture on Senior High School in District of Lima Puluh Kota.The research is a descriptive quantity study with a population of 484 people, using stratified disproportionate random sampling technique which is totaled 83 people.The data were analize by using score of average (Mean). The results of the study show that trust, cooperation, and responsibility inherent to the goal of the school culture (overall score 3.15 of 4.00). However, school still has to strengthen the culture through better trust, cooperation, and responsibility. Key word: Trust, Cooperation, and Responsibility

Abstract

This researchaims to determine how the morale of teachers in Public Elementary School District of North Sipora Mentawai Islands. This is a descriptive research. The population in this research is that teachers are civil servants in the Public Elementary School District of North Sipora Mentawai Islands, amounting to 75 people. Technique of sampling stratified proportional random sampling. The amount of sample 45 questionnaire instrument used a Likert scale model sthat have been tested and the results are valid and reliable. Data were analyzed with an average formula. Abstract

The goal of this research are to see information about implementation of managerial skills headmaster school. The population is 302 teachers and the sample is 67 people that taken by stratified proportional random sampling. The instrument of this research is question with Likert scale models  that had tested for validity and reliability. Data analyzed using by comparing the average scores. The result of this research are the perception of teacher about implementation of managerial skills headmaster school in SMP negeri Kecamatan Koto Tangah  Kota  Padang stay in good enough category. Abstract

This study phenomena in the background shows the implementation of the direct supervisor's leadership style not apply to employees in good BAPPEDA. This study is intended to obtain information about an employee's perception of the immediate supervisor's leadership style BAPPEDA Sijunjung district in improving the performance of duties an employee-oriented leadership style and task-oriented leadership style subordinates. The population is 36 BAPPEDA of civil servants Sijunjung district. Samples taken were 100% of the total population of 36 people. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire that has been sampled validity and reliability. In general, an employee's perception of the supervisor's leadership style directly in the performance of duties in BAPPEDA Sijunjung district in the category quite well with the overall average score was 3.2 with 74.1% achievement rate. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the management of public school relations in SMA N 1 2X11 Enam Lingkung in sub-province Padang Pariaman. Covering aspects of the planning, actuating, and evaluation which conducted for the management of program’s public school relations. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Informant selection techniquesin this study using simple random sampling as many as 60 people with research subjects teacher of SMA N 1 2X11 Enam Lingkung. Data collection techniques using quisioner. Results showed generally depicted the management of public school relations in SMA N 1 2X11 Enam Lingkung have a category “good enough” in mean’s score 3,31. Abstract

This study examines the organizational climatein the office ofthe Center for Education and Training of Social Welfare (BBPPKS) Regional 1 in Padang Sumatra as seen from the aspect of freedom, responsibility, respect, intimacy, support, and involvement. This type of researchis descriptive. The population in this study as many as 41 people in a population sample using research, data collection tool was a questionnaire with Likert scale models that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data obtained were analyzed by finding the average value (Mean). The results showed that the climate of the organization from the aspects: 1) freedom, 2) responsibility, 3) awards, 4) familiarity, 5) support, and 6) have demonstrated the involvement of a conducive organizational climate. Abstract

Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang pesat menuntut sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan pendidikan adalah salah satu wahana untuk meningkatkan sumber daya manusia. Pendidikan merupakan  tanggung jawab bersama antara pemerintah, pihak sekolah atau lembaga pendidikan serta tanggung jawab orang tua dan masyarakat. Dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, partisipasi orang tua adalah salah satu faktor penting yang mesti diperhatikan oleh pihak sekolah. Untuk meningkatkan partisipasi orang tua terhadap pendidikan di sekolah, perlu adanya upaya tertentu yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah. Adapun upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan partisipasi orang tua terhadap pendidikan di sekolah diantaranya : menjalin komunikasi yang efektif dengan orang tua dan masyarakat, melibatkan orang tua dalam program sekolah serta memberdayakan komite sekolah. Kata kunci partisipasi, orang tua, kepala sekolah.
